The village of PREBOLD
The village of Prebold, is close to the highway, which enables you quick excursions of famous sights in Slovenia, such as the Postojna cave, home of the proteus or "human-fish", the well known Lipica, Ljubljana, Bled or the wine zones in the East.
The Prebold municipality covers a terraced plateau that rises toward higher peaks: Tolsti vrh, Reška planina and Mrzlica. Several picturesque villages sit among colourful fields and grasslands, radiating the genuine spirit of the lower Savinja countryside.
Agricultural tourism and hiking are developing in the hills of the municipality while the lower areas offer fishing, horseback riding, paragliding, sports and recreation. |
